The plant is designed with large, robust blending kettles integrated with precision flow meters that ensure accurate measurements. Complementing these are our extensive storage tanks, a high-efficiency boiler, automated filling machines, and sophisticated labeling systems, all working cohesively to streamline our production process.

Oil Analysis:
To guarantee that all lubricants produced meet rigorous specifications, we operate a comprehensive laboratory outfitted with advanced analytical equipment. This state-of-the-art facility is dedicated to thorough testing of raw materials, including various base oils and additives, as well as blended lubricants. Additionally, our laboratory can conduct detailed analyses of oil-in-use and used oil at the request of our customers, providing valuable insights into the performance and lifespan of their oils.
Third Party Blending:
Our plant’s exceptional flexibility and substantial production and filling capabilities empower us to cater to a diverse range of customer requirements. Whether our clients need standard formulations or bespoke lubricants tailored to specific applications, we are equipped to deliver high-quality products that meet every expectation.
Base Oil Storage:
We maintain an extensive storage capacity of 2,000,000 litres, allowing us to import and stock various grades of base oil crucial for our blending operations. This extensive inventory not only supports our production needs but also enables us to fulfill sales orders for our broad customer base promptly.

Vitlube 3000D SAE
Vitlube 3000D is a premium heavy-duty motor oil meticulously formulated to offer exceptional engine protection, maintain cleanliness, and enhance performance across both on- and off-highway equipment intended for diesel and petrol engines. This oil effectively combats wear and tear, ensuring optimal engine longevity.
Vitlube 3000P SAE
Vitlube 3000P is specifically crafted for petrol engines that require the API grade SF/CD. It provides reliable performance and adequate protection, making it an excellent choice of engine lubricant for a variety of applications while maintaining engine efficiency and reliability.
Vitlube 1000P SAE
This lubricant is specifically designed for gasoline engines, making it suitable for passenger cars, light-duty trucks, and farm equipment where single-grade oils are preferred. Vitlube 1000P is enriched with inhibitors that effectively combat acids, oxidation, and foam while offering corrosion protection and anti-wear properties. The combination of dispersant and detergent additives ensures the engine remains clean and well-maintained.
Vitlube 1000D SAE
Formulated for use in engines that require SAE 40 monograde oil, Vitlube 1000D is particularly ideal for older models of both diesel and petrol engines. This formulation ensures robust protection and enhances the performance of aging engines while maintaining operational efficiency.
Premium Multi-Grade Oil API
